After placing an order on our website, you will receive an order confirmation.  A fulfillment confirmation email will be sent when the order ships.  This email will contain a USPS tracking number, if applicable (see #1 below). If you have not received these emails, please contact dolls@dollupbeauty.com.  Dollup Beauty will notify you if your selected merchandise is out of stock or currently unavailable. For out of stock merchandise, we will promptly provide you with an excepted shipping time or are happy to credit your account if you choose to cancel your order with us.


Dollup Beauty ships standard orders through the U.S. Postal Service. Please allow 3-5 business days to receive your order. Expedited orders may be shipped with either the U.S. Postal Service or UPS. Shipping options are given at the time of checkout, based on address and order.
The following terms and conditions apply to shipping and delivery:
  1. Domestic orders over one pound, including all Dollup Case orders, are shipped USPS Priority Mail, which includes tracking. Orders under one pound may be shipped via First Class Mail.  
  2. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  3. Dollup Beauty is not responsible for orders placed with incorrect addresses. 
  4. Alternative shipping methods are available upon request. Please inquire for details.
  5. International shipping is available for a $20 flat rate.
  6. At this time, we are not able to provide tracking outside of the U.S. International orders will receive a tracking number that will track until the items reach U.S. Customs.

We pride ourselves in going above and beyond for you, our valued customer, and hope you have an excellent shopping experience shopping with Dollup Beauty. Our return policy puts you, the customer, in control and provides you with a quick and easy process.

Returnable items are accepted up to 30 days after the original date of purchase for unused products. If your return meets this criteria, please follow the following steps:

  1. Initiate the return process by simply emailing returns@dollupbeauty.com for return authorization instructions. Contact our customer service first for this authorization, as unauthorized returns will incur a 15% restocking fee.  All returns received outside the 30 day return period will be subject to a $5.99 restocking fee.
  2. Dollup Beauty will gladly refund the full price of the returned product(s). We are, however, unable to refund the cost of shipping. 
  3. Please check that the product(s) are in its original and unused form before returning them to Dollup Beauty. In addition, please track all returned items, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items en route to our warehouse. 
  4. Makeup products are not returnable unless they are unopened and unused.
